Our out-of-hours service is based at our main practice in Builth Wells, although we can provide home or farm visits if required. As an independent practice, you will always be seen by one of our own vets.

If you need assistance outside of our opening hours, please call either our Builth Practice or The Hay Branch. Your call will be directed to our answering service, they will request some details from you in regard to your emergency. Your details will then be passed to the on-call vet on your behalf. The vet will then get back to you as soon as possible.

We aim to meet you at the practice within 30 minutes where possible. If a visit is required, please ensure you can provide the relevant contact details and the address for both yourself and the patient.
