It covers all of the essentials – vaccinations and flea, worm and tick treatments – as well as discounts on food and other routine treatments.
How to Register
Joining our Wellness Plan is simple, straightforward, and designed to give you peace of mind from the very start.

Your monthly membership is collected by direct debit, making it easy to spread the cost of your pet’s ongoing healthcare evenly across the year. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions carefully.
Veterinary Emergencies
If your pet experiences an emergency during our regular practice hours, please reach out to us immediately on 01982 553271.
At Builth Vets, we are committed to being there for you and your pet around the clock, 365 days a year. Rest assured, when you contact us, you won't be directed to an external veterinary service unfamiliar with your pet. This means that your pet will receive continuous care from professionals who know them well. You will always be attended to by our compassionate and caring team.
Please note that our Wellness Plan is not pet insurance; we recommend obtaining comprehensive whole-of-life pet insurance to protect your pet in case of unforeseen circumstances.

IMPORTANT
INFORMATION
The Wellness Plan is an annual contract which requires 12 payments. If you sign up in branch, your first monthly payment is taken on the day, with the following 11 payments made by Direct Debit. If you sign up online, your Direct Debit will be set up to start on either the 1st or 15th of the month — this is also when your plan (and its benefits) will begin. This may mean your plan starts in the month after you sign up (but don’t worry, it’s still the same number of payments).
This structure allows us to offer considerable discounts compared to off-the-shelf pricing. If the plan is cancelled before the end of the contract, you will be charged for any goods, services, or discounts already received in the membership year, minus the payments made by Direct Debit.
The Wellness Plan is not an insurance policy, but a way to spread the cost of routine preventative care. It does not cover the cost of veterinary treatment for unexpected illness or injury, so you may wish to consider separate pet insurance. All treatment is subject to clinical assessment and need.

If you’re ever concerned about your pet’s health, we want you to feel confident bringing them to see us. That’s why both of our Wellness Plans include unlimited free consultations. When your pet needs attention, the decision to visit the vet should never be influenced by cost.
